The Next Step

Join the debate
A common thread ran through each debate at Cape Town 2009. Theories surrounding the use of technology in all the verticles we examined are now well established - there may still be disagreement, but the issues no longer relate to the technology itself, but how, where and when it is implementated successfully.
Key to that is strategy and consensus was reached throughout the week that a clear vision was needed, a coordinated approach to deployment was necessary and the need to keep things simple was essential.
More detailed analysis will, of course, follow, and we want to continue moving the agenda forward in this field of development for African countries, so want you to join in the debate.
Please use the comment function after the analysis of each debate, as well as use the links to comment of individual statements made by our delegates.
This will help us formulate the agendas for Cape Town 2010, which is already looking to build on the success for this year's event, which will lead to better and more successful development through dialogue in even more African countries.
