In 2009, Prague was chosen as the host city for the inaugural eStrategies Europe Conference. The event was run in line with British Publishers' well-established format of events that have been held in Europe, America, the Middle East and Africa for several years.

Alongside the roundtable debates, British Publishers were on hand to facilitate one-to-one meetings and networking sessions throughout the course of the event, as well as informal gatherings and entertainment to round off the day at eStrategies Europe 2009.

The choice of venue is always key to the success of a British Publishers event, and this carefully selected exclusive hotel at the heart of this historic city was the ideal backdrop for a truly dynamic exchange of ideas. The structure of eStrategies Europe 2009 centred around bringing high-level people together in intimate surroundings for well-focused, intelligent debate following the structure of a roundtable forum.

The entire delegation, both speakers and audience, were a carefully selected representation of public and private sectors, from vendors and policy makers to regulators and civic authorities, brought together in the same environment and encouraged to discuss the relevant issues.

Client Focused Approach: Pre-Event Support and Post Event Dissemination

British Publishers' dedicated Events team is committed to meaningful partnerships with all event participants, and aims to provide support to the eStrategies Europe community throughout the process.

The common aim underpinning all our roundtable discussions is the need for progress, and it is important that the debate continues long after the event is over. With this in mind, British Publishers has developed a unique multi-media programme for the post-event dissemination of roundtable material, using video, dedicated websites, magazines and news alerts, while a roadmap for future action is also produced for each eStrategies Live event. All this material is distributed to a wide and influential audience in the appropriate region, giving delegates the widest possible exposure to relevant potential clients.
